                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TEMPORARY
                   CLOSURE OF RADMOOR CIRCLE MORE PARTICULARLY
                   DESCRIBED HEREIN ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 4, 1990,
                   FOR THE PURPOSE OF A NEIGHBORHOOD BLOCK
                   PARTY UNDER THE SPONSORSHIP OF JERRY W.
                   FOUNTAIN ON BEHALF OF THE RESIDENTS OF
                   RADMOOR SUBDIVISION.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       temporary closing of Radmoor Circle between Durham Drive and
       Radmoor Drive on Wednesday, July 4, 1990 for the purpose of
       conducting a neighborhood block party under the sponsorship of 
Mr.
       Jerry W. Fountain on behalf of the residents of the Radmoor
       Subdivision provided that the sponsors shall set out and pick up
       flasher barricades, and traffic signs in accordance with the
       traffic control plan attached hereto and shall provide at all
       times, an access lane for fire and other emergency vehicles, and
       resident vehicles.
